Unfortunately, TradeStation has not yet integrated Level II quotes into its software. The Holy Grail of software is TradeStation integrated with Level II quotes and electronic order execution. But that appears to be the next generation. The problem with RealTick (and PC Quote) is that the analysis and alert features are buggy, plus there's no historical testing capability.

For your TradeStation data feed, I recommend either BMI or Signal; however, the new version offers Internet data feed access to either PC Quote or Signal Online. I am going to use PC Quote because most of the Level II brokers use RealTick / PC Quote software. In other words, you should be running both RealTick and TradeStation intraday off the PC Quote feed. The new version of TradeStation arrives this week, and one is supposed to be able to run an Internet browser and other programs within TradeStation. You should check with your broker regarding which data feed they use - others use S&P Comstock.

In summary, use TradeStation for real-time charting, analysis, and alerts. Use your Level II software for Level II quotes and order execution only.
