Hi Bosco! Yes, the Microcap1000 site is nice, so is the UKinvest site opening soon in England on Freeserve. I think these guys have a good long range plan going. Read the recent release regarding the company they hired to help them form strategic alliances.

The float ... here is something copied from Yahoo...
52-Week Low $0.75
Recent Price $1.813
52-Week High $4.375
Beta N/A
Daily Volume (3-month avg) 273
Share-Related Items
Market Capitalization $63.9M
Shares Outstanding 35.2M
Float 34.9M
Dividend Information
Annual Dividend none

You seem to know much more about the different classes of stock, etc. than I do, maybe someone else here can answer that, or if you get some info from the company you could post it here.

This is a company with a past, they were (and still are) some kind of investment bankers with their finger in many pies. From what I could get out of the investor package and sec filings, they purchased part of a scenic railroad in Colorado (the name escapes me right now...) and it went bankrupt... However, that was under the old co., Now MFSI is financial services, and the Microcap1000 site is a division of MFSI, their major focus.

There was a conference call on Broadcast.com a couple of months back. I believe it is still available to listen to on BCST or MFSI sites...

Have you seen the investor package? I would like to hear someone else's opinion... It has been more than 2 months since I looked through the package, so please excuse me if my facts are off... I am going from memory.

Best,

Kathy
