Kemble, Service does seem to be the missing link with Dell. I have heard rumors that dell will buy ibm outright. this is crazy. but it does seem like ibm is not competing very well vs dell and I think dell will conquer them very shortly. I believe IBM has been losing some money on thier consumer pc biz for awhile now, but i don't own the stock so i don't know firsthand. -Mike
