It's called acting. You can not yell fire from the audience.
No evidence was presented here on SI by the nays. They said to call here and call there, well folks that ain't evidence. The only thing presented here was second hand (Hearsay) information of what the nays claimed. These nays appear to have been told by others that the evidence existed and may have even seen it first hand, but the hard core printed evidence was held by persons in CA. and FL. and I only received in 4 weeks ago.
We all have seen Mork admitted to being short his 100,000 shares in his own admissions in a newspaper article, and also the court filings. Something that the nays fist claimed that was impossible, but recanted once the FACTS were revealed.
I also received a telephone call tonight at 19:46 (7:46pm) with a message to return a certain persons call. When I did this person told me that if I followed through with my threats of a lawsuit against S Martin, then they would file suit against me for the same thing.
I told this person that they will have to do what they have to do, as I will seek a civil suit against S Martin and others if they continue their repeated libel and slander against me. The person told me that S Martin was a very good friend of theirs and that they would not stand to see this happen to him.
For the record, I will bring civil actions against S Martin in this matter if he continues with his libel and slander, and I will not be bullied into backing down from this! Got that!
As far as the AUTHORITIES reviewing this thread. Who do you think gave them three 3.5 disks of zipped messages from here? I did, and I also have them on my zip drives.
Unlike a few others, I am not a NASD or SEC member, and not a stock promoter, nor have I ever been. Let the nays come up with one bit of evidence that shows otherwise, then they would have a case against me.
And unlike a NASD member, I have more rights about what I can say and do! Thanks to my 1st Amendment rights!
