On the Yahoo thread there is a post which claims there is a Business Week article in which it is said that FLC has decided to go for an 800mm junk bond issue as soon as this week. I have looked at the Business Week site but could not find any mention of this. I am not familiar with that site, so it could be I missed it if it is there. Obviously if FLC has solved their financing problems without equity dilution that would be good news. If anyone can confirm this supposed article, please post here immediately.
