POI...again point of info, z..... If you bother to look into the reality of planned sales you will find that the large majority are Pacific Baja insiders whose TRBD holdings are sold in small lots every quarter for tax planning purposes. They received shares in the buyout and couldn't take a big tax bite all at once. The institutional sale that was in November was probably from registered warrants or somesuch from one of the financings that had a restriction for a year or two. I'll bet you could check it out further, but I doubt you will. You, evidently, haven't done your homework. Oh well... Mike
