Gabriel, The 14.7% IDC number is for a decrease not an increase in units. I suspect most of this decrease in unit sales is due to the indirects stuffing their channels as is their wont in Q4.Two weeks of channel stuffing can easily lead to a 14.7 % dropoff in Q1 sales. So I do not think the 14.7% has anything to do with DELL directly. I do not have a good feel for what DELL will do this quarter but I suspect it will be better than last quarter. Anyway DELL will pickup marketshare this quarter. The web prices for Pentium III currently favors DELL. However, we really do not know what prices DELL is offering to the VAR's and Corporations.
