Dave, I run a public company and I am not aware of the SEC being involved in the pre-filing verification of financial information. So I don't understand your comment "5 days or 5 weeks". The company simply completes its financials, files them with the SEC and publishes them on EDGAR, end of story. If the SEC or anyone else then wants to comment that's for them to do. Just thought I should clarify matters. Basildon Bond.
