I see you are back to attempt another one person promo on this stock. Your past "information" was way off mark and I suspect that your "source" fed you a load of nonsense on this stock.

All the press release means is that this company will try and find a partner to give it the critical mass it needs, as MSH is too small a player. As you can tell by the non-reaction to the stock price, MSH is not recognized as having much potential.
