CYBERKEN, the bottom line is that the SEC is doing its job. It is here to protect us from fraudulent companies that want our money and tell us sweet lies all the way to the bank. I'm not sure if that is the case for LEAH, but basically the SEC has said "show us your cards". The D&T questions have been on this board for a while, and were a genuine concern for many. I agree with you that if the stock trades without audited financials that it wont be pretty. But then again what does that tell you.....They said the financials would be out by now. Have seen many posts that say "They're basically done". I agree the "weak knees are showing up"...you should see mine!!!!! This is the first BB company I really jumped into, and hey......If it was a mistake, so be it. The jury is still out.....The fat lady hasn't sung....and I got plenty of beer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
