******OT: when I was with Waterhouse, they had a .1 cent
commision on bb stocks, also you couldn't get R/T quotes.
10000 shares of a bb would cost me $100. They went from
being fairly good to being the WORST on-line broker, IMO.
Downtime much of the day, with 45 min. waits on phone.
Very slow executions. I now use E*Trade, which despite the
recent problems has the best executions and commision for bb's.
NDB pretty good too.
