KS et al, 2,404 +/- current shareholders were sent the communication from FSAAA and that may be a different audience than the proxy mailing that reportedly included only shareholders of record on 12/31/98.

There is also the possibility that a few former shareholders may not get the "communication". It will be posted here on SI in the very near future, as I understand FSAAA was waiting for it to hit the street first.
