KS, The same company handling the FAMH proxy mailing is handling the FSAAA mailing. The FSAAA mailing went out after the proxy mailing to all shareholders of record (2404 total). It is interesting that some shareholders appear to be getting the FSAAA mailing first. If this pattern continues we will need to research it quickly since that is "supposedly" similar to the screw up resulting in the cancellation of the 2/10/99 shareholder meeting that FSAAA forced (The screw up violated Texas law and FSAAA threatened FAMH with an injunction and if the proxies didn't get out properly we'll do it again!). Keep an eye on more FSAAA developments. Join FSAAA---your help in defraying some of these legal costs is needed so we can all benefit. Meteo_Dan Anyone know the name of that famous little old lady that goes to all shareholder meetings and gets things changed?? ---maybe she could join FSAAA. (recently one of the big three auto co. gave her a brand new car for her efforts over the years---maybe FAMH would give us ---lets see----hmmmmm one free temp position per shareholder)
