Stewart, I know I should know this, but, what is the significance of saying "for stockholders of record such and such a date..." and then the date of the split? I do know that shareholders participate in the split even if they buy it on the last day at 3:59p before the date it splits. Why do they put that other date in there? Thanks. Sueponine.
