Joe, it has nothing to do with the forefathers as we are not being stopped from protesting against our government, nor are they taking away our rights of free assembly.

What they are going to do is what the public is demanding.

The one's that screamed loudest for enforcement are the one's going to pay the price, as people like myself with the access to the information they seek, simply are not going to give it to them anymore, and they will be forced to do their own due diligence or get their info from paid IR people.

Watch what happens in the near future as damaged companies seek to make the purveyors of the message boards pay for their damages for failing to supervise their medium.

it is coming, and it is going to be similar to the " failure to supervise regulations" currently enforced on managers of brokerage officers. This is just another wrinkle on the same topic. but in reality it is going to be viewed the same; that's my opinion after being in regulated business for 14 years.
