oh, ok, I did not know it is/was the anonymity that is the issue - so noted - can you confirm this or point me to a reference. That is definitely a key point, and something we should all be aware of.

If so, then when someone says something like - I'm gonna get the SEC on you is a threat, an intimidation tactic, and plays on people's ignorance.
