My father is Stream Man. He is the best natural-landscape stream builder I have ever seen.

He even gets the baby pebbles and sand at the bottom right.

He should have been like one of those National Artists that Japan preserves. Instead of a plant manager.

He could have built an American Saiho Ji.

But alas. He produced Super Fund Clean-up Sites.

In a way, such is the problem with phases of culture. Greats of one era may appear at the wrong time. This was, imho, a very regrettable loss; comparable to the loss of a great painter. Picture the landscape without Monet, or cypresses without Van Gogh.
