Apparently RCOM is unable to obtain funding under terms that the co. feels that it can live with. Operations other than the collection of royalties that are due the co. have or will cease . In the beginning I felt that this co. was a diamond in the rough. I still feel that it can be polished up to be a first class operation given the proper circumstances. My feeling is that a large part of RCOM's problem was its' close relationship to RMTR. If anybody has an observation regarding this co. (RCOM) I'd like to hear it. tia
