Hi kathy - thanks for the reply... Basically, I got most of the info from the MC1K site, but it is quite difficult to read [physically and in terms of comprehension] microcap1000.com microcap1000.com The 1st seems to suggest that it has 43MM [Class A + B] shrs outstanding, even if Class B conversion is a 1 to 1. But my concerns are the web of companies involved in the 2nd URL. Aside from CGTH I found out last night, there was also a blank checking company. It seems that the same group of managers has helped to transition CGTH into MFSI. With this elaborate setup, it is hard to figure what kind of leverage a common shareholder really has.
