Edwarda, did you see my post of classifications of posters? perhaps whoever it is that may or may not regulate, will take each class of poster and define the limits.

SOmeone mentioned anonymity - not sure that protects a person ultimately - ppl's identies have been given to authorities by Yahoo, but that was for obviously blatant things such as saying the CEO was carried away in handcuffs or something like that
