did you check the news today? I just pasted part of it..hadn't read it carefully at first

" Panther Resources (OTC BB:PTHR).
Specifically, the agent for the funding group stated, "We cannot
provide a guarantee that the funding will be completed because the
Funder must complete his own due diligence to his satisfaction.
However, in terms of probabilities, we can, at this juncture, see no
reason why the project cannot be funded, given the information you
have provided to date."
