As long as we stick to the facts, we're o.k. and EUTO gave us plenty of facts! As for the "new" company, I say we wait and see what their plan is. If Ivy sticks it to us, then the gates are open. This is the perfect opportunity to build up investor confidence by coming up with a solid business plan. On the surface, the initial step, cleaning house by riding the company of the old management and board, is positive. Now, we have to see who is on the board, the makeup of the new management, how the shares are going to be exchanged and Ivy's short and long range plan. While I want to be optimistic, my gut tells me that we won't be dancing in the streets.
