You are right. We have no proposed new BOD. I think we need to go out and get one so we can all see what we would be voting out and what we would be voting in. Who on this thread would go out and solicit Larry Ellis, for example? Joe cannot do it alone. If we get stalled in our own quagmire, we are doing nothing more than what the current bod and Marengi are doing, aren't we?
