Again I ask the same question:
The ratios of DSSI suggest that it is an even better buy than Tower, especially if DSSI shareholders see the money from a sale of Tower. But how can we be sure that DSSI, as a holding company, won't simply take the proceeds from such a sale and put them in another subsidiary, such as comverge/powercom, or to finance another purchase? I want to buy more of Tower/DSSI, and am having difficulty making the decision. Does someone have DSSI's IR number?
