You really don't have worry about the buses themselves; this has been done enough that experience dictates that they should not be a problem. You will, however, need to check into the specs for the components plugged into them; there are some cards out there sensitive to the bus speed (i.e. - they need 33 MMB/s on the PCI and 66 MB/s on the AGP, and nothing else). The only way to find out is to call the manufacturer, check your documentation, or ask someone who has your equipment too to see if they did it. Good luck!
