With the exception of the low-tides-lower-all-boats argument, I think you have listed mostly old-news items which are already built into the stock price. The push to 5+ (IMO) was more related to the stock rights offering, and possibly to an attempt by short sellers to "push" the stock over the marginable edge, and so precipitate margin calls. And we were right there.

Having been down at the edge, I ask you, what drove the stock back to almost 8? Low volume buying? A way oversold stock condition? Loading up by knowledgeable investors who think they know (or do) about some events that are still unfolding?

I believe the stock price is telling us that there is other news or views, which we will know about in the future, but which are affecting the price today. Yes, an ugly market will take this stock lower, but that may be from say 8-9 back down to 6-7. I personally don't see the price below 5 on the news items which you cited.

I guess we will know soon enough. Thanks for your view, and you may well be right. All just my opinion, and I could very well be wrong.

Dennis
