Doug, I have had to call my brokers to get info on these guys. Not too much readily available on line. All I could find was a web site under construction and a 1996 financial statement that was puny.

I am not really interested in registration statement as that usually doesn't tell the tle as it should. I can't even find the last four 10Q's or the 10K
