James,

If you should remember where you saw that graph correlating the
baby boomers and the market please post or e-mail me. I got
interested in this situation a couple of years ago. I took an
investment course and the instructor went over this theory in some
detail. It makes a lot of sense. After reading your post it really
hit me: This trend, the 'boomers' needing a place to put their
money, is exactly what's fuled the meteoric rise and popularity
of mutual funds. Main stream funds tend to look at those well-known
stocks in higher price ranges than AXC's current range. (as well
documented on this thread) So, the big cap go go go and the small
caps sit. (or go down!) Once a small cap gains attention though,
woooosh! Big money! The question is when AXC will get sucked into
that updraft?

Perhaps I'm stating the extremely obvious. It seems pretty logical
to me though. Opinions?
