If I were the boss at AT&T Global Network , I would be looking hard at companies that have relationships around the world where I also want to put my IP network. Smaller companies are very advantageous to large ones especially for negotiating purposes in the contract area. If AT&T Global Network moves into a country by itself then prices it will have to pay to get in will fly pass the moon. To use DGIV in this manner because of their contacts and relationships that are already established, would be a natural course of business. DGIV could provide the entry.
