You have some good points here. I do agree that WCII could do better in the P.R. side re: "the street". Perhaps that's where Vogel comes in.

There is a two-edged sword in leading edge growth. It would appear that the quest for the EBITDA positive is secondary to the drive to expand WHILE THE OPPORTUNITY IS STILL THERE. Tough choice; my portfolio would prefer the profits NOW, but time is of the essence in laying the groundwork for the global network. The EBITDA will surely follow, and the capital backing is there ie no worries about cash flow. The sixty billion dollar question is WHEN.

I suppose therein lies the P.R. challenge: how to convince investors NOW that the holy grail in WCII is it's potential, not instant profits. Tough sell. But it can be accomplished.

Takeover? I don't think so. Look for these rumors as a good tip on trading. It's pretty predictable.

Yes, we would all like to hear more information. I can only assume that management has its reasons for keeping so many cards close to the chest, for now, and I personally have to respect that judgement.
