Bob, I was a little disappointed, but I agree that it is better to put a person off than to overload their system. They said that it would be about a week and that they would call me back. The other thing that surprized me was that they have a $25 (I think) hook up fee and then $25/mo. It is not as cheap as other providers. I may go with them anyway but it will be because I own the stock.
