Interesting...I will ask Mr Tilton about his plans for the spin-off stock structure next opportunity I have. What you state here makes a lot of sense as it will take some time to fully develop the new Internet company and restricted shares would keep the day traders away!I think it would be good to have a 1 year restriction!
