Miles, thanks for the response. On both I use Wilder's RSI with 14 as the periods.

As far as why between rather than just less than, I thought it would tend to point towards a rising RSI. Actually this was my first scan using QP.

But the real question has nothing really to do with the scan but rather why the discrepancy in RSI numbers.

That's why I would be most grateful for someone to post the Metastock RSI valuues for all or any of THRX, ZOLT, USRX and BAY.
