It is stuck, yes, only because of the traders working the 1/4 to 1/2 point moves. I've played CYCH twice today. Waiting to get back in under 16 1/2. I do think once the trading subsides CYCH should then move up above $17. I will be in by the close for tomorrows continued momentum.
