Crazy, You might also follow another Canadian, NN as well as NT. It appears to a simple guy like me that the ILECs are assuming a very defensive posture which won't make xDSL ascendant. For the next 2-3 years, the action will be in provisioning HFC. After that FO and LMDS will be maturing at a nice clip. SatCom is a future technology, and IMHO, it may always be. If a company doesn't talk IP, steer clear. CDMA is now being very well accepted by a large percentage of the sector. I would further suggest a reading of "100 to 1 in the Stock Market", by Thomas Phelps. Though printed in 1972, it still holds many valuable lessons. One in particular regards a fellow who did extnsive research on a list of 50 potential winners. He eventually put all his money in one basket, Haloid, in 1957, and watched that basket very closely. Beware of spreading yourself too thin as you try to catch the "gorillas" in several sectors. Likely you won't have the time to keep up on all of them and dissipate your potential in the haze.
