I'm glad they said it'd be about a week. While a bit unpalatable in light of their recent invitation to AOLers, it's not very bad. I've heard folks quite a while back having to wait much longer. Sounds like they're behind the game a bit, but by an amount I can easily live with. That amount is small enough, it could very well be more because of being behind in processing requests for their service rather than being behind in capacity. If that's the case, it would make more sense to quickly get info and call folks back, rather than completely processing requests as they come in, and making folks either get a busy signal on the voice line, or wait on hold a very long time. I like it! Oh, and they're definitely not the cheapest around, which I also like.
