Well Neocon. Very many people held the Second Amendment is extraordinarily high regard, and while we yet have Second Amendment "rights", the increasing "controls" put upon them virtually negates their efficacy. The powers in government do not have to eliminate the First Amendment. They merely need "control" it to effect the result they desire.
