Rich - I could not find anything different in the amended report. If anyone else knows the reason for the amended report, please post. If the company has cut the overhead from $450,000 approx. to say $250,000 approx. ($300,000 was reported/indicated for FY95) then we have a shot at a profit sometime within the next 6 to 9 months as they sign up one or two more OEM's. If they can also regain some business on Contract Manufacturing, that Woody dumped, could help the bottom line too. Have to remember, that this is new technology and it does take time to catch on. I believe some of the big players are having some problems with their Flash memory audio products without the use of Norris Operating System, but they are still trying to get around it but with no luck. There produces have been delayed as a result. Jim
