In "clarifying" they once again muddied the waters. Why am I not surprised?

OK, so they are issuing "shares" of ZULU to ESVS in exchange for BFL (holdings), and Omni-Net. How many shares would that be?

OK, they do say:

" Holders of Enhanced Services common
stock will receive one share of common stock of
Zulu-tek for each share of Enhanced Services common stock."

Well, yes, but isn't that in the acquisition of ESVS by ZULU? Or is ZULU no longer acquiring ESVS, but just BFL (holdings) and Omni-Net? So, when all is said and done, do ESVS shareholders wind up with one share EACH of ZULU *and* ESVS? If so, what would be left of ESVS? A shell? (For the next shell game?) Something more?
