Now look what I did!! Kidding aside, I suspect that there will be a great deal of TNRG selling after the free shares are issued, whether or not the free shares are restricted. Just my opinion of course. Many current buyers of TNRG are doing so due to the motivation of the spin-off. Personally, I'm in it because I like TNRG's business plan and the potential for growth is unlimited. But let's say, to illustrate my point, that Tianrong issues a press release saying that a spin-off is no longer an option. What do you think would happen? I'd say "look out below!"
