well folks, excellent postings as usual. please, remember to bring up all thoughts as we have not turned into one of those threads where we gang up on those who disagree..yet <grin> but, i believe we can talk about some "burning" issues with clarity. we do not need a large drug company, under any circumstance at this time. its the worst thing that could happen. lets reason this out a little. you must separate out the stock price and, the direction of the company. its difficult, but they are different sets of problems the direction of the company is to get sales, profits and steady growth. they have all the resources they can use at this time. they can get all the money they need if they needed it..but, they don't need it. so having a big company swollow up prln would give you nothing in return. let the stock price rise a lot, then if some one steps in, thats another matter. now as to the price of the stock. its where it is till we get into actual production. what happens if they introduce a first product and it sells? what happens if they get reorders? what happens if the second and third do the same? then what happens to the price? i worked with a fortune 200 pharmaceutical company for many years, spoare me how smart they are.. so the first step is to ship product and get sales last thought with travelers for the largest stockholder couls you do better? <grin> think folks.. travellers will see to everything. who think prln has no access to wall street. i saw them and counted them and checked off their names and companies. th4ey are there if wanted, or needed. show me one company in america that could not get moeny with a fast selling and profitable product. next you will tell me smith barney is ??? they cnnot go any faster with their plans no matter who or what is in charge. yes, the markets closed today <grin> |
