My thanks to Mr. Overholt for responding to my investor relations-related questions via email. Here are the two emails, first mine to RDOX, and then the response (which I got this afternoon).

Dear Sir,
I called earlier today with investor related questions and was told that this email address was a good one to use for those questions.

I have three:
1.) Has the ReDox battery reached the stage of working prototype? I am not sure if APT is buying the product in the hopes that the revolutionary battery will work, or if they have seen it work already.

2.) There are many speculations on the internet that "ReDox needs funding" to continue with its plan. Should the recent news release about APT be interpreted as a statement that ReDox now has funding? In short, I'm trying to get at RDOX's funding status? Do they have the money they need?

3.) This may be a question for APT: Where is APT getting the money to pay ReDox? My research indicates that they may not have a lot of cash. You do not have to answer this question if you don't like (because it's about APT) but if you have any helpful insight it would be appreciated.

Thanks for any feedback,
Chris O'Keefe

[ReDox response:]

Thank you for your E-mail of 3-15-99. I will attempt to answer your
questions in the order that you asked them:
1. Prototype batteries are in existence. I cannot respond as to the motives of ATP, except that they feel the ReDox technology marries well with their technology.
2. ReDox will make a funding announcement when appropriate.
3. Any questions regarding ATP must be addressed to ATP. Please be
advised that ATP is a closely held corporation and they may not respond to you.
Thank you for your inquiry.
