Bob,

I just spoke to Jim Grant at Alexis. Here's the story I got:

The 10-K is ready except for "dotting the i's and crossing the t's" (this time, his exact words), and should be filed this week. The latest problem is a $750 discrepancy in a wire from the US to the Dominican that occurred about a year ago. Orders are at $8.4 million. Both 10-Q's are ready, but can't be filed until the K. The Q's will both show a profit. A $1 million line of credit has been arranged.

Grant was very apologetic and seemed sincere.

We have heard all this before, so its hard to put a great deal of faith in getting it this week. We can only hope.
