CGB -- All I can say is WHOA!!!! Some weekend over here at the Feelies thread! I, unfortunately, do not have a computer at home so I am stuck to furtive readings here at work when the boss is out (as he is today). I read the whole weekend's worth of posts and I must say again that you are a kindred spirit of mine Christine. The storm seems to have blown over (for now) but I'm sorry I wasn't here to support you -- or at least help you into the flak jacket I tie-dyed for you myself. I added a special mechanism that senses body tension and wraps around you (like a bear hug) when you're feeling stressed. I will either lease the trilogy you metioned from my library or I will buy it (I get the PBS video catalog). It sounds wonderful and I can't believe I missed it!!! I was out communing with nature this weekend myself. I can't stay inside for as long as I have had to lately -- but the weekend here in the Bay Area was so beautiful, I almost cried. Ran around a reservoir in the trees and grass -- it was wonderful!!! Again, kudos to you for keeping your head and your cool. I look forward to many more conversations with you.
