The prospectus states that only 8% of software developments in the $6-10 million range succeed - delivered on time, on budget and according to original specification. And yet TENF makes the brash offer to refund the money if they do not succeed. Either TENF is crazy or they have something revolutionary to back up their confidence. Which is it? -Robert
