Washington D.C. (AP). President Clinton today announced that Secretary of State Madeline Albright was being sent to Vancouver, B.C. on a peace keeping mission that has the blessings of Canadian President Chretien and U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan. Recent developments in Vancouver and the NWT have threatened world peace, Clinton said.. Slobodan Turner, CEO of Winspear Resources recently declared war on rival Aber Resources. Clinton said that as
a result of Turner's actions, the potential for deterioration and a wider war in the area required quick action. If this matter isn't settled, and settled now, the ramification are terrifying. Mountain Province may declare war on DeBeers, Southern Era and Kennecott are at risk, Eric Charters might even start posting again on the SI Winspear thread, and the whole NWT could become another Yugoslavia.”

Turner, the option-rich CEO of Winspear Resources who some anonymous sources claim is Napoleonically complexed, stated Sunday to one James Flannagan, a stranger he met at a dog and pony show in Toronto, that rival and partner Aber Resource's 32% interest in the Snap Lake diamond find was being unilaterally reduced for failure of Aber
to notify Winspear in writing that they were contributing to this year's efforts. Coincidentally, Aber issued a news release Monday indication they were filing suit against Winspear.

In related matters, General Foods Co. was said to be filing suit against Winspear for the latter's use of the term “Newco” in it's news release of 3/15/99. General Foods alleges that Winspear's use of that term viloates General Food's trademark for Nucoa Margerine,
and that the public will be confused into thinking that the giant food company is involved in the diamond exploration business. And Monica Lewinsky is rumored to be stopping over in Snap Lake on her return from Europe to sign copies of her book for the drilling
crew there. Security will be tight after the skirmishes reported between Winspear and Aber forces.
