Ian, by asking "if and when VNE loses the law suits", you imply that you already know the answers to your questions.

Quite frankly, the tone of your questions and the implications of bankruptcy are so ludicrous that your questions and comments do not warrant answer. If you think we are obligated to answer the questions of every such poster, think again. Hence, why your questions have always been ignored.

Given the fact you are no doubt going to answer in your typical fashion, we'll respond to all your anticipated attacks with the following question:

Why did you not indicate your willingness to participate in the VNE-David Lucatch/shareholder conference call? You constantly accuse the company of wrong doing, "bounced cheques", "bankruptcy" and other doomsday claims and had the chance to hammer the President and CEO himself. Additionally, you would have had the opportunity to do it while many of your fellow shareholders were listening in and participating in the same conference call. What better opportunity could you have to put the company on the spot and demand answers to your claims?

Yet, you did not take the opportunity. Why? It obviously had nothing to do with employment obligations because you often post here during business hours. The answer is quite simple. You know your claims have no merit and you avoided the inevitable embarassment of having fellow VNE investors listening in.

You can respond however you like but these are the facts. Moreover, you can continue to expect your questions to fall on deaf ears. Your claims have no merit, otherwise you would have taken the opportunity afforded to you only two weeks ago. You could have shamed the company and proven to all VNE investors their money was better spent elsewhere. You could have done it while others listened in and then came back to this board to report "Ian was right after all. The company could not answer his questions and I am selling my stock. Thanks, Ian."

You didn't take it, you lose.

Not being able to sell your package of lies must really hurt.

If you really want a last chance of proving yourself, you may want to think about posting your trading statements that show you are short 100,000 shares of VNE at $1.00. Considering you have accused the company of contravening securities laws, bouncing cheques and facing bankruptcy, this should be a slam dunk profit for you.

Put your money where your mouth is.

While you are at it, call the e-merge alliance and let them know they have just entered into a venture with a fraudulent, cheque bouncing and insolvent partner. You can start with Citibank.

Have a good day.
