the bond is a convertible. It has a 5 3/4 coupon and matures Jan 15 04. It is convertible to HMTT at 23 3/4 so it is well out of the money. As a result there is no conversion premium built into the price. The most recent price indication is 57. At that price it has a current yield of 10.09% and a yield to maturity of 20.064%. The bonds are rated B3/B-. You can follow the price under the symbol HMTTG on Nasdaq. Be very cautious however, these bonds are very illiquid and trade on very wide spreads.
