Yep, that could help, though its hard to say what they consider good value. Lets say the stock runs up to $ 12 (in which case, you wouldn't hear me wine). They probably wouldn't buy back any.

Its good that they see the stock as being under valued. Why doesn't the market?

The way I look at it, the valued the shares at $ 3.5 prior to 5 M shares being removed after the arbitration. Using simple math, the market now should have valued the shares at $ 5. Instead, as the news gets better, they let it drop to $ 1.7.

Ok, I need some quick money next week and having this stock run up to $ 5 would really help.

Just annoys me to see First Marathon dumping. Almost looks like a mutual fund cashing out.

I can't believe I am complaining about a stock that has given me a 20 % return this week. Guess I am getting greedy after all the losses last year.
