Help! I've tried this advice. Every 'weed' I sell seems to go up. What am I doing wrong?

I held Motorola as it slid down 10-15%. I sold just before the earnings report. They reported mediocre earnings, and the stock is now up 22% above where I sold.

I held C-Cube for a 15% loss. Finally cut it, and a few days later it jumped 16% on a company sales anouncement.

I just sold Home Depot, that has been flat for 3 years. One day later some anylist put a buy on it. Up it went.

Same story with BBK, APCC, BBA, and a few more.

I'm still holding Oak Tech., which is doing nothing. If I sell it, guess which way it will go!

So, what am I doing wrong?

P.S. my IOMG is making up for all these mistakes.
